PIENSTAV, joint-stock company, is a building company which was founded in 1992 within the first wave of couterfoil privatization. The controlling owner of the company is the management. Capital of the company is 46.984.000,- Sk.

The company from its foundation in 1949, through the foundation of PIENSTAV Inc. in 1992, till today, built a strong position on the building market. The corporate purpose is to present to the customers complete and complex services in building works. The subsidiaries were founded with this intention: PIENSTAV Ltd. is located in Vsetín – this company represent our activities in Czech Republic, commercial corporation STAVOS - AST Ltd. located in Stará Ľubovňa, building company DSV-AS, Inc. a PIENSTAV - STK Ltd. which is specialized on emission´s controls (EC) and technical control of the motor vehicles.

Except the building production, our company is interested in activities in the field of services of the motorists – at the technical control station(TCS) this means executing a control over the emissions and technical condition of the vehicle.

The employees of PIENSTAV Inc., following many years of practice in building works, are doing their job the best they can. They manage to coordinate various professions right from the beginning – preparation of the construction, to the end – presenting the building to the customer.

Our company has built and implemented certified Quality Management System according to STN EN ISO 9001 : 2000 and work on the Management of Environmental System according to EN ISO 14001.

The total number of skilled employees is 31. From this number is 11 construction managers, 6 works inspectors, 8 quality auditors and 6 employees which form a group of inspection technicians, specialists for emission controls and control over technical conditions of the vehicle. The company employs the workers in the following professions: bricklayer, carpenter, rigger, locksmith, timberman, plumber, gasman, wire installer, roofer, painter, driver, mechanic.

PIENSTAV Inc. in average employs 200 employees and has annual output turnover of 400 mil. Sk. The company can be a stable partner for a wide range of works and services in constraction field. Consolidated profits, including the daughter´s companies, reached the maximum 470 mil. Sk per year.

PIENSTAV Inc. is registered at the list of entrepreneurs of the Office for Public Procurement.

MAIN ACTIVITY OF THE COMPANY

PIENSTAV Inc. offers the following works and services in construction field:

• construction of civic structure, industrial buildings, buildings for housing and family houses,
• reconstruction, modernization and maintainance of the buildings,
• electrical installation, production of electric distributors, revision of electrical equipment,
• production and arection of vice constructions and products,
• plumbing, roofing and insulating works,
• carpentry and woodwork,
• arection of plasterboard construstions,
• water installation,
• arection of heating systems and boiler-rooms,
• gas installation, arection STL and NTL gas pipes, arection of gas boilers with no output limitation,
• gasification of the buildings by propane-butane,
• coatings and paints works,
• heating of the buildings with the systems based on polystyrene and boards from mineral fibre,
• production, transportation and sale of concrete mixtures,
• ironworks from concrete steel,
• transportation and mechanization services,
